the brothers encountering a boy and taking him together as per the boys’ request to their daily routine only to lose the boy by his ignorance and convicted as victims for the actions of the boy. And thus, facing the death penalty by the head of their community. The tale showcases the intellectuality performed by the brothers to save themselves from the death penalty and be declared as non-guilty by the head of the community because no matter how hard village authorities tried they couldn’t punish the person stated as guilty and therefore realizing they are innocent. This book conveys that self-conscious and realization play a huge role in matters of justice and not all who are convicted based on the situation are guilty and this cannot be proved by evidence but must be realized by the individual responsible for justice. Such things aren’t taught necessarily but must be gained through cultural exposure. I believe this book conveys the cultural significance of the East Asian country china and is appropriate to introduce to students. IX. (n.d.). Retrieved from .
