State Bank of Vietnam in accordance with the decree of the Ministers Council. VietinBank stock has been officially traded on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) since 16th July 2009 (Vietinbank, 2018). The State Bank of Vietnam (64.5%), Mitsubishi Bank (20%) and IFC (8%) are the Vietinbank’s majority stakeholders (Koth& Nguyen, 2018;Vietinbank, 2018). Depending on the Vietinbank annual report (2017), the assets of the bank has 1.095.061VND billion and its ROA is 9% and it employs about 23.000 people. An analysis of the organizational chart (see appendix A) one can define that Vietinbank has closely and lofty centralized operations function with a hierarchical branch system in Vietnam (Vietinbank, 2018a). II. BBE 1.1. The difference type and purpose of organization; public, private and voluntary sectors and their legal structures. There are many different types of organization that is set up to service different purpose and to meet a variety of needs. They want to achieve their major goals, need to be managed, have to meet legal requirement and have a formal structure. Moreover, there are some types of business activities: Manufactures – they buy in raw materials, components, and coordinate labor, etc. to convert these into finished the product which can be sold. Contractors – they are brought into carrying out operations or projects for clients,

according to the terms of the contract or agreement about what is to be done, at what price and by what date. A contractor may make similar agreements with sub-contractors. Distributors, wholesalers, and retailers – they purchase things which others have made and then sell them to customers. Service organizations – they “buy” knowledge and expertise, which is “sold” to customers and clients. Entertainment is a service, as is the provision of information and advice. Not-for-profit organizations – these perform a full range of business transactions but do not have the primary aim of making money for their owners. Some differences between 3 sectors of organizations: Private sector organizations are usually set up for personal interest and are funded by stocks issued, loans from banks, overdrafts, etc. Public sector organizations are usually set up in the profits of the community and are funded wholly or partly by the Government from public funds and are answerable to a government department or the Treasury. Voluntary sector can be known as non-profit driven, non-statutory, self- governing, and run by privates who do not get paid for operate the organization. There is some form of legal structures: Sole traders – single individuals carrying on a business on their own. They make a profit or covers the losses of his or her venture. Partnerships – two or more persons cooperated for the aim of a business or profession. Each partner contributes an agreed amount of capital and there is an agreed procedure of sharing interests, salaries, and profits.
