2- I think people skills can be learned working as a manager. This can be achieved by taking classes, watch other manager’s interactions with employees, or creating activities with employees to increase interactions with them. Those interactions will enlighten you on how the employees behave, their thought processes, and their working styles. Once you can learn the employees you can better your interactions with them.
