I will check that all involved and affected personnel understand the relevant performance requirements and time frames with regard to implementation and adoption of the plan. Employees will need information about performance objectives, KEAs, KPIs and the performance monitoring and review processes that will be put in place. So before implementing a plan and allocating tasks it is necessary to ensure the required resources are available because we will have a new market and also new product or service that have to ensure that skilled labour are the same standard depending on the type of section of labour and expecting outcome of the plan. We might consider recruitment and selection of new staff. if they need new skills or
knowledge that is necessary to the new market, we will provide training and coaching for existing staff. training might include manufacturing, handing, marketing that will be necessary for new products. For example, new machine might be used and install into a processes, that force employees have to be educated them to use it and they will need to know information of machine and work place. 3. Describe the steps you will take to implement the plan and the procedures you will follow to collect performance data and respond to feedback on performance of the plan. To implement the plan The first thing that we have to know before we give them an education and training is that things have been changed for new market or product such as processes, machines, work place or concerning or requirement, then we will need to identify what skills are related to processes changed. Now we can provide training session and coating for employees. Checking employees who pass the training to ensure they have enough skills and knowledge to solve the unpredictable accident or problems in their work. 4. Explain why it is important to have performance management systems in place. If we could not know the performance, we would not implement a business plan more efficiently. There are some of tools that we can use to collect information of employee’s performance. We can set measurement to compare and test performant. So, we can know the significant efficiently performant and inefficient performance. Using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Results Areas (KRAs) to identify performance of employees and it helps us to ensure that the organization and operators achieves its objectives. The performance management dress the significant data to help us to organize processes such as; - The cost -effectiveness of all services that make up the input for an organization, this data is important to implement financial plan in next step which they have to identify investment comes from – from investing activities, bank loan or our last benefit.
