By this way, the company is perceived to be applying the Handy’s task where an organization culture is less formal but very task oriented.It has been noted that Apple Inc application of such is deemed to be encouraging the task driven culture which at the same time ensures that the employees adopts the ethical practices andbe able to work at a very strict deadliness. In achieving this, the management of Apple Inc ensures that the employee works for approximately sixty to seventy hours and the other hours can be used to relax.
