When Mr. Eli was giving us a tour on the walls they had their daily activities, breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. While we were on a tour there is this Asian resident that always ask for Mr. Eli cell phone just to look for the weather. What I find it interesting is that he only looks at the weather from China, or Asia. If there is other type of city on the weather app he deletes it. What Ialso found interesting was how residents still pursue their dreams and some already have a degree and there are struggling with their health. What amazes me is that they don’t give up. If a resident is bullying another resident, they could get terminated. What makes Founder’s memorizing is that they encourage residents to be independent. Also it’s nice that Mr. Eli has the passion to care for those special people that need a lending hand. What also motivates me is that there focus on what their goals are and try their best to accomplish theirgoals. It’s nice to see that there is still people with a kind heart and are willing to help those residents. Encouraging them not to give up and that they will achieve their goal. In conclusion Founder’s was a great experience for me because it has motivated me to work even more harder to achieve my goals just how they are achieving theirs. Great experience because when we were in the activities room each individual share their experience and how theyare over achieving their journey through Founder’s and how Founder’s is helping them become asuccessful person and that they can have hope in their life and not give up.
