The victim committed suicide in his vehicle with a shotgun and left behind a note. He had been depressed over a breakup with his longtime girlfriend. Discuss and describe how you would communicate with his next of kin based on the Scientific Working Group for Medicolegal Death Investigation (SWGMDI) principles for communicating with next of kin during medicolegal death investigations.
