Viewing Run-Time Instances of a Workflow Process The Workflow Deployment view allows you to view, deploy, and activate a workflow process. This view displays the parent and child relationship that exists between the workflow process and the run- time records for the workflow process. To view run-time instances of a workflow process 1 Log in to the Siebel client. 2 Navigate to the Administration-Business Process screen, then the Workflow Deployment view. 3 In the Repository Workflow Processes list, query the Name field for the workflow process you must administer. 4 Drill down on the Name field. 5 Examine configuration for the workflow process, using values from the following table. List Name Description Active Workflow Processes Lists workflow processes that are deployed. Child Items Filters records to display only child items of the workflow process chosen in the parent list.

To view pre 7.7 workflow processes 1 Log in to the Siebel client. 2 Navigate to the Administration-Business Process screen, then the Workflow Processes view. 3 In the Workflow Processes list, query the Name field for the workflow process you must administer. 4 Examine configuration for the workflow, using values from the following table. Using the Workflow Instance Admin View The Workflow Instance Admin view displays workflow processes that have persistence set and that are in a run state, wait state, or error state. This view allows you to view, monitor and control a workflow process. For a chosen instance, you can change the value of the process properties before resuming the instance.
