(following through on moral intentions with moral behavior)” (Butterfield, K. D., Trevin, L. K., & Weaver, G. R., 2000). All of those aspect is a reminder that StilSim need make an action and implement moral awareness into their daily business. Ethical Issues and legal Issues Ethical and legal issues are dilemmas that faces our daily lives, and if people from the community and organization do not pursue an ethical conduct and apply it critically, they probably will take it personally and let their emotions control the situation. According to Dwyer. D (2015) “Office bulling has increasingly become a highlighted HR issue in the United States and beyond. It has attracted increased attention due to extensive media coverage of children bullying each other in school over recent year. Men and women in the workforce have begun to realize that bullying isn’t just happening among teenagers at school. It’s also impacting morale in the workplace. This has become a legal issue recently not only for younger generation, but for adults as well. It is important to note that StilSim really cares for the mental stability of our professionals, and that situations like that wound never be tolerable in our organization. According to The Workplace Bullying Institute, more than a third of U.S. workers have reported threads, intimidation, harassment, social exclusion or verbal abuse at work, by either a boss or co-worker” (Dwyer, 2015). Every decision and action sends a message; it stands for something.” (Trevino & Nelson, 2011, p.55) Each organization should have their code of conduct and ethics, and I highly suggest StilSim to engage in their code of ethics and conduct not only for the company, but for all the internal and external customers as well. That way, we

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
