In a nutshell, we have a collaborative and are highly influenced by his methods and will try to implement it in our future working environments. We also thought that some of the great CEO’s are made by their employees and not by their own. A great saying by Jim goes as follows “Employees don’t leave the company; they leave their managers” 14
