2. See the bigger picture. 3. Change the circumstances as often as possible 4. Practice radical acceptance 5. Start Journaling 6. Learn to forgive 7. Sit with your emotions 8. Practice mindfulness 9. Share your feelings with others. (Salazar, W. 2014) But I still remember when my boys were born and the exhilaration that went through me at those moments. I stayed calm but when it happened I was just so overjoyed with the moment. When my ex’s daughter got engaged this last year. I love the feeling at Christmas time When others are opening up presents that I bought for them. In the past I have always had a pleasure sensor that loved picking out each person's presents and getting them things that I know they want or will want once they know that things like that exist. Prime example is when I bought my dad a Amazon Firestick. He had no idea what it was or what it did but after showing him how to use it. He loved it. Plus, I absolutely love watching my sons opening up their presents. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
