Research Objectives The purpose of this paper is to help Sun Coast study the company's issues and then devise appropriate strategies to improve the working environment as well as to create the company's expected profits. They need to analyze employee health issues, employee policies, return on investment through data on Particulate Matter, Training Program, lead level, Sound - Exposure. These are the main variables that are closely related. The analysis of these variables will help Sun Coast to have methods to improve the company's activities in the near future.
