The company should utilise its advertising funds to target this customer segment and promote their “natural quality” brand, which can give them an edge over competitors. 3. Focus on semi skimmed milk segments, which has seen 31% growth and divert advertising funds to increase their market share. Tetra Pak can also offer to do the following for Pontero- 1. Create a differentiated packaging design, which can entice children and help Pontero specifically target the homes with children segment. 2. Invest in developing environment friendly/recyclable packaging material, which will complement the natural brand image of Pontero.
