They had measures about how they are going to do the event. Leader assigned different work to each other. They were working in a realistic and time base plans. As the treasurer I kept all bills with me to make evidence. Made the accounts for the event how much group collected and how much spent on the event. 3.Applying critical reasoning and thinking to a range of problem solving scenarios related to training program conducted. 3.1 Problem solving skills From time to time in any activity trainees faced problems which need to be solved and solved quickly so that they can progress towards their objective. When working in group trainees got lots of problems about the event. They went through with different tools and elements to solve their problems. Here is one they used . I. Create an initial problem statement II. Check you are solving the problem at the right level III. Refine the problem definition IV. Scope the problem They solved many questions by using this method. For example, they wanted to deliver an effective training program to the selected group of students. They haven’t done this kind of training program before therefore thy didn’t have a right idea about how to do the event. They wrote their problems and pointed down the paths they can go through. They identified the real situation and how deep it is to do this event correctly. They defined what can and what can’t be changed according to the condition of their problem situation. At this stage they had a much clear understanding of problem situation and used other tools to solve their problem. Figure 1 problem solving When identifying the possible out-comes they listed alternative solutions that can access and decided which one will be the best of the particular problem. Then ranked those solutions based on efficiency, cost and long-term value what resources they have and that they can commit to the solution of the problem. Then looked at every one of those solutions carefully and decided what they believe to be the best possible alternatives.
