7. Grievances Procedure Generally a change, a new work environment is difficult to adapt to and staff may face some kind of problems. They are therefore free to deal with the grievances of the grievance procedure. 8. Health & Safety The employer has the general responsibility of the staff to prevent serious injury, illness and death to the employees who are employed. In particular, the employee must take certain actions, such as maintaining a secure work system, delegating the task to the competent employee, and, if necessary, the employee can spend half a day dealing with a health problem and adequate information, training and advice to the employee. 9. Whistle-blowers Under the "Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998", prohibits dismissal or victimization for any form of disclosure. 10.Casual leave In addition to holidays and weekly leave, the employee can get two casual leave in a month, if the employee receives continuous leave, then the wage will be reduced and it is a clear misconduct to declare you are sick for leave can.
