The anxiety and stress get resolve by the full support and the love given by the family or friends. Individual facing such issues and act as bereavement protects themselves from emotions arises from misfortune only with such friendly support. 2 Grief on the other hand has been defined as a natural pain that an individual feel for a loss of their loved one or loss of something very significant in their lives.it is a normal response to stress. It has five stages: denial and isolation, anger, bargaining, depression and finally acceptance. The denial stage is mostly manifested through shock and disbelief. The anger stage is when the individual comes into terms .it is at this stage that the bereaved gets feelings of anger, rage and also envy about what’s happening to them. They might start blaming other people or even themselves for the loss.at the bargaining stage , is where most individuals now start adjusting to the prospects of death. Here, goals, Hopes and expectations are adjusted. Then is the depression stage where the individual develops a sense of helplessness, regret and dependency. The final 2 ibid

stage is now the acceptance stage where the person now makes peace with the loss and feelings of anger and depression are over. This can only be fastened if the bereaved is given adequate supporting environment. In this case sue is emotionally affected to the extent that it has taken the intervention of a counselor for her to come in to terms with the loss which even after counseling she has not fully recovered. Significant life events bring about a totally different circumstance to a person living him/her to cope with the new changes in his/her life. Sometimes this is not possible without the intervention of a third party preferably a qualified medical person of professional in counseling. Analyze possible group responses to significant life events that occur to one of its members An individual who is facing the problem of the bereavement receives different types of responses like from friends, family and his loved ones. It gets the response from the society too. The family is the one who gives the moral support majorly in the case of any loss of a family member. It is only possible when the communication among all the members is clear and should be positive.
