PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATION 14 The Design-Build servicer has the motive to complete schemes at a faster pace and less luxuriously which can result in using moderate quality of materials and work (Zecheru & Olaru, 2016). The quality of the project is required upfront when the owner sets objectives, ideas and the minimal desires for the scheme to role, advent, eminence, and maneuvers. The holder has less contribution in the design as the architecture signifies the design-build supplier's best welfares, not the holder. Not only this is a drawback but also it builds a hard conflict of interest for the architecture (Vijayakumar & Arun, 2017).
