The reason you need to analyse them is because to identify and know how is the project going in terms of deliverables and outcomes you need to achieve the stakeholders’ desires, to do this it’s not an option to not have a very good quality management to be attained to an extent. To measure the satisfaction of the stakeholders you must know who they are, what are the organization procedures, if they have any contacts methods, etc. some examples of this contact methods you can obtain them from surveys or interviews, this will help you a lot in terms of a valuable feedback which in the end can be used for the whole overall of the project- 12.- Why do you need to report quality management issues at the end of the project? You need to report these issues because if you want to do a good or successful project it is necessary to identify the issues for an eventual continuous improvement and give a possible solution for them There are several ways of doing this, some examples can be following the standard procedures and their forms and formats, create and measure the timeframes, an extremely important matter is to communicate the information to the correct stakeholders of the project, these must be followed doing every activity of the project at the workplace Finally, when you have done all the monitor, measurement and implementation of any improvement you must communicate the changes to all the stakeholders in order to have the best quality management and of course the best customer satisfaction.
