Analysing these factors that contribute to an organisations performance and operations will help to identify the possible future advantages and disadvantages the business might come across with. 6 These factors cannot be controlled by the business itself, they are external which means they come from external sources and are affected by factors such as economy, politics, etc. Political - Employment laws possibly changing could mean that visa regulated work could be completed in the company, thus meaning the employee rate could grow and work environment become more international. Environmental regulations in turn could bring harm to the business as they operate on unique landscapes, which could be put under protection. Economic - A possible economical recession has the potential to completely change the buying attitude of customers, who might force the company to drop their prices. This is relevant due to the service prices already being high in the company. Social - Peoples change in lifestyle could affect the business, such as not reacting to changes in society. For example, more and more people are becoming environmentally friendly and green. Presence must be made in social media to keep up with the ever- changing trends as well.
