4 for both instructors and understudies. Innovation for instructive utilize is an expertise that  understudies and educators need to learn and always upgrade to stay aware of the quick change.  Confronted with the immersion of data, educators and understudies should be outfitted with  digital proficiency aptitudes so they can filter through the data and learn. As a curriculum  specialist, it would be my responsibility to share with the other staff on my team about the SMEs and ISTE standards for teachers which are designed, implement and assess learning experience.  Diverse Learner According to "3 Ways To Plan For Diverse Learners: What Teachers Do" (2014), " Differentiated instruction (DI) casts a spell on educators as to how it meets all students' needs. The skillset required to differentiate seems mystical to some and incomprehensible to others in this environment of state standards and high-stakes tests.” (Par.2). Curriculum developers and SMEs need to incorporate in the educational programs elective materials when outlining exercises so that understudies who are behind in their learning have elective materials suitable for their levels.
