Arbitration cost less than litigation which can get very expensive if it involves money or wages owed. Disadvantages The cost for arbitration is on the rise and in some cases, it cost just as much as litigation.   Arbitration cases are private, and some say they are more biased. So, while some people say that  these private proceedings are a positive thing, other say that the lack of publicity can make them  unfair. Arbitration sometimes favors the person or parties that have the most income and not the  party that has low resources, and that is filing against a large firm or wealthier individual.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
