When submitting two homeworks on one day, put them in the same document A “homework” consists of one exercise. Homework is graded Pass/Fail. Any homework earning zero will disqualify the student from extra credit points. Zeros may be made up only after consultation with the professor during office hours. If you earn a zero, print a hardcopy and bring it to the office. Consult “Revision Tracker” in the Content section of Blackboard for due dates for submitting rework. Rework due date is 10 days after the grade is posted. Rework submitted after the rework due date will not earn points. Rework submitted after the rework due date will disqualify the homework for extra credit. Rework must be stapled to original hardcopy. Students may not substitute a different exercise to replace a zero homework; the point is to learn from one’s mistakes. Students may not submit two homeworks from the same exercise. Missing homework is also a disqualification—no missing chapters—that is, there must be at least one homework from each chapter. There may be no zeros in the student’s portfolio—NONE! Your submission MUST have word count printed or it will earn a ZERO. Useful tip: Use Chrome or Firefox when uploading documents to SafeAssign. Other browsers are not compatible. Submitting more than is required will not disqualify you from bonus points, but might cause problems in calculating your grade.

This bonus is a reward for your demonstrated ability to manage time and information—a reward for perfection . And good practice for managers-in- training. Format Total length may not exceed 150 words, which is about one-half (1/2) of a typed page. Print the number of words at the end of your answer. The most important thing to remember about the assignments is that they be brief. Homeworks with an excess of grammatical, punctuation, vocabulary errors, or non- idiomatic usage, will earn zero. There is a reason for requiring ENGL 161 as a prerequisite. Students must visit the Writing Center in Grant Hall for help. Homework that ignores suggestions in “Tips for Writing” will earn a zero. For the Self-Learning exercise, make a short statement concerning what you learned about yourself. That is, discuss what your score says about you. Show only your total score. For the Case for Critical Analysis and On the Job Video exercises, answer just two questions, no more. For the Ethical Dilemma exercise, focus on ethics, not just profit, loss, efficiency, etc. Ethics refers to acceptable vs. unacceptable conduct.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
