Problems in Cultural Change The cultural plan was based on bottom up approach, which ignored totally concerningquality, service, cost and processing times as compared to other companies. Its considerationis strategy creation as well as process creation without describing,however, methods and instruments in detail. The documentation of the actual and theplanned processes remain at a relatively coarse level and the main weight lies with fewidentified core processes.D.
