day. During school days I feel very sluggish and tired throughout the day and when I get home I take a nap immediately. I take a nap about 3 out of the 5 days of the school week. 4 Do you feel like you physically and psychologically get enough sleep to allow you to be fully and actively engaged in the events of your day? Please explain. What could you do to change your sleep habits to allow you to sleep better and longer? What is stopping you from doing this? I do not feel like I physically and psychologically get enough sleep to allow myself to be fully and actively engaged in the events of my day. I could possibly stop taking naps to go to sleep earlier and get more hours of sleep at night. After my daily naps I begin to do homework or read and then shower and prepare for bed. My days are pretty filled up with school and school is one of the reasons why I don't get enough sleep everyday. On the weekends though, I try to sleep as much as I can.
