They greatly priorities in spreading their ideologies wherever they went. The natives were curious and willing to learn and adapt. 13 There seems to be an officer carried in a hammock on poles and a cover by two natives. He seems very comfortable and confident in his position. The natives seems restless and have a kind of pissed off stance. I wonder what the punishment for the native was if they didn’t oblige to the commands. I also wonder what brings the officer to feel like a king instead of as a simple pavilion of society. The Europeans felt superior to the natives and would demand treatment as of royalty. Even when their surrounding conditions weren't polished it was more important for officers to be treated properly. 20 There are several natives after punishment with their hand cut off and on the bottom of the collage it says “rubber plantation workers in Congo after failing to meet a weekly quota. I am wondering why it was okay to cut off the workers hands when they didn’t meet the work quota. This is only reducing their work abilities. Also, I wonder what situations happened when nativas acted up and not listed to the Europeans. The Europeans were very strict with their demands from the native workers. They felt superior and in power enough to punish workers for not meeting work quotas by cutting off their hand and I’m sure other punishment took place as well.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
