MSH MARKETING PLANMarketing Strategy & TacticsThe ultimate strategy for MSH brand is to feature the new product on the new online platform. The new featured product will not be the least expensive product, but it is now customizable to your pet. MSH will utilize the online platform by giving the user a brief survey that will take no longer than five minutes to complete. Based upon the answers to this survey is what product willbe made for the customer’s furry friend. It will include ingredients that the pet may need based upon breed or allergies or simply ingredients that the pet loves to eat. The uniqueness of each product will draw in new and old customers alike. These ingredients will come from fresh farms and organic vegetables. Customers will be able to make the decision of what they want in their pet’s food. This is incredibly important as the world is more concerned with health as they have ever been. With the global pandemic ongoing, people are prioritizing health, not only for themselves but for their animals as well. With billions of people utilizing completely free social platforms, the most cost-effective way MSH can market their products will be using digital media and online platforms. Even before theCOVID-19 pandemic hit, the world was emerged into an online world. Now, more than ever, is the time to indulge into the virtual world as well. Figure 5. A promotional strategy MSH brand will use to get its online platform to take off is through free trials. If a customer signs up with MSH, MSH will give them one week of the product for free. This allows the customer to build trust with the company. It also allows the customer to try the products before committing fully in case the product just is not meant for their pet.
