I will focus more on learning the image of my children to develop teaching strategies that match their needs. An analysis of image helps the educators to understand what the children require for successful learning. For instance, cultural background which is an example of a child’s image helps the educators to apply diversity in teaching in order to accommodate youngsters from diverse backgrounds. Through the study of various characters that children exhibit, a parent can know the requirements of his or her child through an analysis of capabilities. In this case, he or she can formulate a strategy to help the children to achieve beneficial learning outcomes. An analysis of one’s personal philosophy about early childhood education helps educators to implement the necessary theories associated with the discipline to offer beneficial learning outcomes in the classroom. If the educators have sufficient knowledge concerning what it entails to be a role model in a child’s environment, then it is possible to offer quality care to the children. All stakeholders involved in ECE programs should use theories from past scholars to understand the basic requirements of a child during the early stages of life.
