2Algorithms2.1We may, in our sole discretion, make different types ofAlgorithms available to the Client through the platform toenable a Client to place Algorithmic Instructions. We maywithdraw any such Algorithms in our sole discretion, withoutnotice to the Client, for any reason, including where we nolonger consider it suitable to offer it to a Client.2.2Subject to us making Algorithms available to a Client, a Clientcan access relevant information on each Algorithm through theplatform. This information includes the parameters that a Clientmust specify in order to place an Algorithmic Instruction inrespect of a particular type of Algorithm.2.3Algorithms are used to determine the price, volume, quantityand nature of any Orders that result from an AlgorithmicInstruction. The Algorithms are the property of our underlyingproviders. For the avoidance of doubt, any intellectual propertyin the Algorithms remains the property of our underlyingproviders (in accordance with and subject to the provisions inclause 31.3 of the General Terms) and such providers assumeno liability, responsibility or obligations to the Client and theClient shall have no contractual or other relationship with suchproviders.3Types of Algorithms3.1If we have enabled Algorithms on your Trading Account, anumber of Algorithms may be available to you, including thefollowing:VWAP;TWAP; andOpen/Close.Thesearesubjecttochangewithoutnotice.Furtherinformation is available on the platform.4Trading with Algorithms4.1To trade with Algorithms, the Client must select an Algorithmand provide the information requested by the platform, whichshall include setting the parameters on which the operation ofthe Algorithm shall be based and specifying the relevantfinancial product in relation to which the Algorithm shouldgenerate Orders.4.2For the avoidance of doubt, once the Client has placed anAlgorithmic Instruction, the Client shall be responsible for andbound by any and all Orders arising or resulting from suchAlgorithmic Instruction.4.3Once initiated, the Client will be solely responsible formonitoring the performance and effect of the AlgorithmicInstruction.5Cancelling an Algorithmic Instruction5.1The Client may cancel (but not amend) an AlgorithmicInstruction through the platform. However, a cancellation willonly take effect once it has been received and processed bythe platform. In certain circumstances, there may be a delaybetween the Client submitting a request to cancel anAlgorithmic Instruction and that cancellation request takingeffect.Insuchcircumstances, theClientshallremainresponsible for and bound by any and all Orders arising orresulting from the relevant Algorithmic Instruction until thecancellation takes effect, notwithstanding the fact that suchOrders may not be in accordance with the Client’s subsequentcancellation.5.2For the avoidance of doubt, the Broker may cancel anAlgorithmic Instruction without warning in its sole discretion, forany reason.
