You receive credit for thequality and timeliness of your own postings. For full credit, there are a minimum number of required postings: one deliverable, twocritiques, and two or more follow-ups or reply postings. You must post a deliverable or first round posting before you can see whatother students have posted. For this class, you are expected to participate in all discussions. To earn full credit for participation, you must:Post your short paper (“deliverable”) on the assigned topic by 11:59 PM, Eastern time, onSundayof each week,ANDPost critiques fortwoor more short papers posted by other students in the current week's discussion topic by 11:59 PM, Easterntime,Tuesdayof each week, ANDPosttwoor more additional responses or follow-up replies to other students by the end of the class week (11:59 PM, Easterntime,Tuesday).Initial postings under the week's discussion topic must respond to the writing assignment listed in the discussion topic. Yourcritiques of classmates' work should be constructive and offer 3 or more suggestions for improvement of the content. A simple "goodposting" or "I agree" is not a sufficient critique and will receive minimal credit towards the weekly discussion grade. Two additional follow-up responses or replies to classmates are also required. These may be posted in any thread under the currentweekly discussion topic.
