The interrelationships can lead to awell–blended business model with strategies and plans carried out harmoniously and accurately. The objectives of the bank are then achieved more performantly. With the accuracy done in work, the specific and measurable objectives are supported, and hence the income upgrading and financial raising objectives can be achieved. In addition, when all divisions cooperate effectively and strengthen teamwork, the results-oriented characteristics of objectives are more guaranteed to be completed. Importantly, building a united image of the bank will possibly gain more trust from the customers, an important factor in the process of meeting the bank’s objectives.
