brings me joy and humble of where I started is “Nothing Else Matters” by Metallica. The reason this song makes me feel that way is that this was one of the first songs I learned how to play on the guitar. It brings me joy every time because it reminds me of the struggle in trying to learn to play the song and putting myself down because I couldn’t get it right, to then eventually gaining the ability to play the song pretty fluidly. The next song plays a big roll of whenever I want to achieve something no matter the size of it. The song is called “I want it All” by Queen. This song about someone going after something that they absolutely want and not letting anything or anyone get in the way of that goal. I like to apply those ideas into my life. I usually play this song when I’m feeling down, when I get stressed from schoolwork, or also when I’m working out it does great deal to provide me motivation to do accomplish all these things! Kind of silly but it works! My last song that I’m choosing is “A thousand Years” by Christina Perri. I chose this song because it is the first slow song me and my girlfriend danced in high school at a homecoming dance. This song always makes me happy because it reminds me the journey me and girlfriend went through to get to where we are now. We’ve gone through alot with each other and have had to grow up so much since then that it’s nice to think of a time when we had no worries and our relationship was just blossoming. A task I would like to improve on using the schedules of reinforcement is not being distracted by phone while working on HW. It’s something that burdens me way too often that it sometimes affects my academics. I need to enforce myself to lock my phone screen while I’m doing my school work or even having it out of sight so I’m not inclined to use it.The more I do this, the more the behavior becomes a habit.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
