This was obtained from books, journal articles, and internet which is widely available to provide detail explanations to certain key concepts and ideas in respect of the topic of the study. Data Collection Instruments The data collection instruments that were used to collect relevant and necessary data required to achieve the objective of the study included structured questionnaire which were distributed to the company through purposive sampling technique, in-depth interview and personal observations of the effects of risk management, and profitability by the company. Data Collection Method The study employed two main procedures to collect the needed data for the study. These include the administration of a close ended structured questionnaire for back office staff, customer
service, sales and marketing executives and management in general and in-depth interview to solicit for the information in respect of the topic under study. Data Analysis The data gathered to achieve the objective of the study would be analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) complemented with means and margins with the aid of Microsoft Word and Excel.
