Two modalities that ought to be included in the delivery of the program are online education and competency-based education. Online education is necessary as it allows enhanced access to higher education. On its part, competency-based education is student-centered and focuses on mastery. Furthermore, the curriculum developed should find ways of utilizing both formative and summative assessments in evaluating learners. Finally, the institution should adhere to various laws that govern education and obtain the necessary accreditation.
