be termed as unbiased as they sought a balance between both sides. The struggle for increased women rights continued and part of the Declaration of Sentiments developed during the Seneca Falls convention were brought in and women now started advocating for the rights to have sole control over their body even if they were married .women now wanted to control their reproduction and have influence on the number of children a woman was supposed to give birth to base on various personal factors such as income levels and the need to pursue personal dreams and initiatives .over the pasted decades men had control over women and the number of children to be raised by a family was purely depended on the decision issued out by men. Women’s Bureau of the Dept. of Labor claimed that it was the government obligation to ensure that women in the society were free from any kind of discrimination and humiliation. Women’s Bureau of the Dept. of Labor came in to support all working women and those who were ready to be recruited in various job positions in the country. Under the Women’s Bureau of the Dept. of Labor women had the right to pursue their career paths just like men in the society. The struggle to attain recognition and respect in the American society has brought about a huge change in the society because women are no holding different leadership positions in the country as well different job position .The struggle is still on since women want the current 11% of women seating in the congress to be increased as well as the 21%number of women currently conducting legislative activities in the state legislations. The American society has changed and women are now viewed as important pillars of the society as they contribute massively in development agendas in the country. Conclusion Women rights movements in America are still vibrant and they need to capitalize more on constitutional amendments so that women in the country can be protected by laws from any form

of discrimination.in holding various campaign rallies is an effective way of addressing women rights as the campaign give the society an opportunity to learn what women want and their contribution in building the nation. Women rights movements in America are based on a fair ground as they do not oppose any right entitle to men but they want fairness in all levels of interaction in the country. Based on my cultural teachings women play a crucial role in the society and they should be respected and awarded equal rights with men in the society. The future for women rights movement is bright since women are now getting into various government offices where they can address their matters more effectively and rally the community into respecting their rights.
