SWOT ANALYSIS 3 On weekends, there is always a free entertainment including live music on weekends. The business aprk also provides an entertainment opportunity for families and their children. This makes family customers frequent the business park to spent their weeked together. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are provided to the customers (Wagner, 2016). The security of the location is quire high. There is an ever present police officers manning the areas. This makes revellers and food customers feel secure from an security threats (Alyssa, 2017). There are special weekends that include local farmers during weekly market meetings. Additionally, the park’s unique name ‘ Shock the Monkey Food Park’ is a reputable brand around Houston. This gives it an edge over other competing businesses (Wagner, 2016).
