Opportunity -Smart phone is necessary for most of Chinese which create opportunities for AOSO reach to the customers in social platform apps (Powers et al., 2013). - Young customers who are proficient in network technology. - Word-of-mouth communication enhances promotion process (Subramani & Rajagopalan, 2003). - E-marketing helps to access potential customers (Wertime & Fenwick, 2010). - Acquisition of additional rounds of capital. - Affiliate relations with related vendors Threaten - More and more clothing online retailer use digital marketing to win competitive advantage (Ryan 2016; Kalyanam & McIntyre, 2002; Sheth & Sharma, 2005). - High degree of homogenization in the market. - Changes in regulation can impact the business. - Product are already sold by major competitors - Economic downturn affects purchasing. - Server could be crashed for extreme customer visit at a time.
