with the information as they believe the new cases being introduced in the hospital are enough to learn from. Some of the nurse’s leaders have to work with a large team In which, some members lack the information on the importance of using evidence in the practice setting, hence posing a problem as they have to be trained on the importance before implementing the evidence base. This also introduces the factor of time, in which the nurse leader may lack a chance to train the nurses lagging behind in learning about evidence based treatment. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
