are used to determine how to maximize the message delivery” (Huber, 2014, p. 114). This includes knowing how to structure the communication, verbally and nonverbally, so that a positive impression is created. In the meeting, I would give every stakeholder the written communication, but verbal communication would also be present. I feel that giving people written communication helps them follow along in meetings, classes, etc. The communication of accurate, sufficient, and useful information can foster strong organizational affiliation while maintaining nurses’ strong identification with nursing (Huber, 2014). In the meeting, I would obtain opinions, ideas, and support about the vision shared with the stakeholders. In order for something to happen and become reality, planning and implementation needs to take place. The whole process of having the meeting and communicating verbally and nonverbally is the planning. The implementation will occur after the meeting takes place and opinions and ideas are discussed between everyone. The end goal is to ensure that the vision is beneficial and efficient to all who is involved and the needy members of the community.
