Celcom has to keep the population of people connected and helping organization to market their goods and services as well as keeping closer to your clients. Other than that, Celcom will formulate the market-orientated and customer-focused mission statement, Celcom has built up and achieve the cumulative development in the next five years with a 50 per cent of net profit for the recently launched of U-verse. To achieve these objectives, Celcom has built up a benchmark for the progress in three different categories. Firstly, Celcom can through market penetration pricing, to the service and it bring to the customers at reasonable prices and affordable. Beside, by picking up to have a better of understanding for the need and fulfilment to the current customers, they will try their very best to make improvement to the service to encourage re-orders. Lastly, for the service it can utilize the knowledge base, current technology, and research as well. It would be conduct on similar products with an eye towards building up the services to the strength of promoting product. (Williams & Ferrell 1997, p. 364)

Methodology Introduction The purpose of this chapter is to provide an explanation about this research will be carried out. Therefore, this chapter identifies the procedures and techniques that used for collection, processing and analysis data to show that the objectives of this study achieved. Research Approach Research approach contains two approaches to research such as deductive and inductive approach (Saunders, Lewis and Thornhill 2009). Deductive approach starts with predefined theory. This means that researcher aimed and testing theory what others have done, and then test those hypotheses that rise up from those theories (Gabriel, 2013). Inductive approach defined as concerned with developing of new theory and also referred to as the scientific method (Menor, 2012).
