Self-Assessment: March 29th at 5pm Conducting a Helping Interview (a three part assignment) 1. Conducting a Helping Interview Proposal: 2% Initial plan for interview assignment and signed informed consent 2. Conducting a Helping Interview Part One: 22% Transcription and interpretation of recorded interview 3. Conducting a Helping Interview Part Two: 16% Reflection and discussion of alternative statements and their possible influence on interview Learning Outcomes 1-6 Proposal: Fri, Jan 25th at 5pm Part 1: Fri, Feb 15th at 5pm Part 2: Fri, Mar 22nd at 5pm 40% Final Exam The exam has 2 parts: 1. Multiple choice and true/false questions 20% Based on readings and lecture material, Weeks 7-12 2. Reflective essay exam question 10% Covering all lectures and readings throughout the semester Learning Outcomes 1-6 April 22 nd 2019 02:30PM - 04:30PM 30% Total: 100% 9. COURSE STATEMENTS Safe Learning Environment: To create a safe learning environment (in class, in seminars, and online) students are required to show tolerance for the viewpoints of others. Any abuse, attacks, acts of ridicule, profane language, harassment, etc. will not be tolerated. Correspondence: All email directed to the professor or TAs must come from an official University of Guelph email address.
