can see where everyone is at every week and to see how we can progress as a team. An example of this is how we could of been more organized with the first step in the MCN project. An example of how we are going to work on it is we are going meet on Wednesday next week for an hour. Organizing To try to message each other everyday to tell everybody what their objective is for the whole week and that particular day so we can complete the project on time. An example of how we’ve done this poorly is whe have not messaged each other throughout the semester. An example of how we’re going to improve our organization is we started messaging each other and have done so daily. Leading To have someone new lead us every week during our one hour meetings and messaging. So we can have a set goal and decision. An example of how we’ve done this poorly is that Patrick and I have lead the group member more than the others in the group. An example of how we are improving is that we are making Anna and Cassidy lead more than they did before. Control To have people in our group help the other members in our group measure the progress and help them with a problem every time we meet out of class, in class, and on messages. So we can complete our project on time. An example of how we’ve done this poorly is we have not communicated out of class and with messages, because of that we have not been measuring our progress as well as we should be. An example of how we’re going to do this better is we are going to meet outside of class for an hour each week, message daily, and measure the progress on the project more.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
