Consumer catalysts: Brands are built by consumers, not companies. Therefore, brand equity is built by consumers too. Branding equity is always important as it has a long last impact on the consumers. Forming a hypothesis By providing matching service and experience with the strong digital media will create value in people’s mind that can strengthen the brand and hence increase customer awareness and sale in short time. SWOT Analysis A SWOT investigation concentrates completely on the four components incorporated into the acronym, permitting organizations to distinguish the powers affecting a technique, activity or initiative. Knowing these positive and negative components can help organizations all the more adequately convey what parts of an arrangement should be perceived. Strength 1. Perception: People's perception in putting Plaire beside YELLOW, ECSTASY and NOIR (the other renown luxury clothing brands). Due to location, Plaire got an advantage of putting the brand in their customer’s mind with the competitors. This is an advantage for them. Due to renting a place in the expensive neighborhood of the town, the customers setting their foot in the store are from wealthy family. As a result, they can charge (product’s price) a bit higher since customers can avail it. Currently, YELLOW, ECSTASY and NOIR are the market leader and they have flagship store in the same area with very high rents. 2. Customer Loyalty: Plaire’s customer appreciates the products by Facebooking about it or giving it in Instagram. Many of the customers also bring their friends second time for shopping which clearly shows 10

that Plaire’s customer appreciate their service. 3. Good environment and service: Plaire’s environment is good and service is up to date. They have a television and ipad to show the customer the new product’s photo. Also, the whole showroom is air conditioned. 4. Quick response to problems: Whenever there is any problem, Plaire tries to resolve the problem in quick steps. Since the team is small, they can resolve it easily.
