STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION Page 13. core values are: (1) We treat each person with dignity and respect, (2) We exceed our clients' expectations, (3) We are committed to continual improvement, (4) We are Ethical. Our goal is to implement the following changes expecting to have results immediately in some areas, the implementation that will take longer will the acquisition of Capital Staffing, however, the organization have a lot of work ahead. By implementing marketing differentiation, we will be able to have zero cost social media in which we will use Facebook and Instagram to promote our organization. Furthermore, the rewards program will bring motivation and new businesses into the organization. Our intention is to promote motivation and productivity at the same time we will leverage the increase of our revenue. Our plan is to reward our recruiting team in 5% out of the permanent placement made him or her, not to mention a $50 reward on each temporary placement. Another implementation is the cost effectiveness. It will take place by hiring a purchasing professional that will manage the company’s expenditure budget, and provide training to our staff in how to reduce internal waste. Mr. Simmons will be in charge of the approvals of all purchasing supplies for the organization. That way, he will have more control of everything that is happening financially in the organization. Finally, the biggest project, which is the purchase of Capital Staffing company. I understand the financial concerns of Mr. Simmons, however; the acquisition of Capital Staffing will only bring positive aspects into the organization such as new talent, it will allow us to enter into a new demographic and prospect new clients, and it will eliminate a potential threat of competition. I truly believe in this plan, and I am committed to make the future of this organization a successful one. Working together as a team we will see amazing results in a short period of time.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
