loyal customers' consumer needs. Companies need to investigate current consumer spending habits, find the shortcomings of products and services, make improvements, and gain market competitiveness. Maintain brand personality and brand equity, especially products with ‘cat’ characteristics. Cute Claw needs to implement advertising with a new personality, helping consumers to connect with the company and branding the image of the company's products in the minds of customers(Kim & Jeong 2011, p. 162). The consequences of losing brand influence are serious. Companies need to maintain credibility. attention to the environmental protection of materials used in production and establish a good brand image in the hearts of consumers. 8.0 Sustainability and CSR strategy Cute Claw is committed to ensuring that the production and procurement of finished products for coffee, cocoa and all beverages is responsible and ethical. The company only produces coffee and related products in partnership with farms and manufacturers that adhere to ethical standards(Susanty & Kenny 2015, p.16). Cute Claw will adopt a comprehensive approach to reduce environmental impact. The company recycles water and energy and is as environmentally friendly as possible in all aspects of its operations. Cute Claw invests in employees and nearby communities. Cute Claw puts people first and strives to make a positive contribution to the development of the community(Yu & Fang 2009, p.1282). In this way, the company's healthy and positive brand image is established. Cute Claw takes care of employee benefits, reduces employee mobility, and empowers employees to become company advocates.
