Key roles and Responsibilities of Human Resource Function According to Harry (2012), the human resource plays an important role in business partner as well as the vital impact on the business performance. Recruitment: is to look for the potential employee to make the business grow. Selection: after finishing the recruitment, the company will organize interview and start making questions and choosing the best fit for company. Retention: is to maintain the best staff keep going to work.

Training and Development: before start working, all the staffs have to participate in the training programs to ensure that before applying in their position they all know what they have to do and get used to it. Compensations and Benefits: engage them to work harder with the salary distribution and bonus salary that included the wages of all the staffs that managed by the managers. Policy and Procedure Management: Making the company policies for employee to follow and all the tasks that related to right behavior. Forecasting Workforce Requirements: Planning a right workforce to help the business gain its mission as well as objectives. Job Analysis: All the staff has different position so to be success and develop the manager have to analyze the task set for them by the most accuracy in order to assign approximately their job. Employee Relations: the company have to keep getting on well with both the staff and the business partner to have a good cooperation. Risk Management: to avoid any bad thing could happen the company should maintain and develop the security programs. III. Bet fit approach or Best practice Best fit is known as the HR strategies and also include the strategies of the whole bussinesss. It also has to rely on the strategies of each other ( O’riordan O’Riordan , 2017). For example, according to Poet (2018), the relationship between human resource and the performance can be linked to approaches which are known as ‘’best fit’’ and ‘’best practice’’. Cyrus(2016) said that best fit is suitable for human resource policies that align with business strategies. Moreover, to gain the success and the benefit in competitive the best fit approach is the way to achieve the goal easily (Hsieh, 2011). Besides that the best fit approach plays an important role in making sure that HR strategies are suitable for the scenario of any organization which related to its environment, culture and the process of operation (Gomez, 2016). Best practice is to support the company to reach their goal and can be compete with other organization (Redman and Wilkinson, 2009). For instance, Cyrus (2016) argue that best practice or high-performance work practices are expressed as human resource functions that have an advantage on the performance of organization. The feature of best practice approach are team- working, the development of employee, carreer progression and a good structure of recruitment
