use it to ensure the safety and security of these innocent people? This new security would include identification badges for all officers that they would need to scan. Upon scanning the badge, a database would be reached. This database has information on the thousands of peacekeeping personnel in the particular mission including that of an updated image of the officer, name, birth date, and a number that is unique to each officer. III.International Cooperation for Peaceful uses of Outer SpaceOuter space has been a magnificent, untouched body since the beginning of time. Within the past century, new tech has been created so that is humans can explore space. Now that humans have access to space, they’ve definitely been utilizing it (for better, or for worse). For example, certain countries have been exploring the idea of a war in space. Considering that this could damage celestial bodies, the United Nations needs to do everything in its power to keep extraterrestrial planes safe. The COPUOS (Committee on the Peaceful use of Outer Space) started in 1959 by the General Assembly ofthe United Nations. The purpose of this was to review and create a system that encourages the peaceful use of outer space and to form laws on the exploration of outer space. Serval treaties adopted by the COPUOS like the Rescue Agreement of 1968, Liability Convention of 1972 and the Moon Agreement of 1979. Luxembourg's policy goals are to generate new economic value and to increase international collaboration. To achieve this goal, we have been in the front of commercial and co-operative development to promote the use of space to improve life on earth. We havecooperated with China and signed a cooperation agreement to establish research laboratory in Luxembourg.
