TASK 4: ObservationPurpose Your work performance will be documented while being observed by your assessor. Observation instructions To demonstrate your performance, you will be participating in a series of brief project meetngs to share ideas and discuss each phase of the project with members of your team. Your final meetng will follow the ‘Agenda’ you prepared in Task 3 of the project, ‘Review and report on the project’. Your meeting topics will include: § project scope§ planning for the project and its implementaton§ finalisaton and review of the projectYou will be required to perform the following: 1.Send and receive email on the meeting schedule andmeeting outcomes between team members.2. Discuss and decide project roles and expectatons of each member3. Develop project strategies by contributing ideas and discussions4. Discuss project budget and other financial informatonYour assessor will notify you when the observaton assessment will take place and provide you with clear instructons. You will be assessed according to the observaton checklist below.
