In conclusion, the desire for growth by Wal-Mart is overwhelming. The organization has a desire to feel the international experience despite its inexperience. Such urge has made the organization experience conflicts with the local authorities due to its difference in the mode of doing business. Despite all these, Wal-Mart remains determined to prove itself in all countries it sets its foot into.
