concerns were connected in TESDA's activities starting up from planning, monitoring, and assessment. Females can now go through non-traditional trades such as automotive and welding trades. TESDA offers various training courses and programs for men and women. In conclusion, TVET education is necessary and also a requirement of the world’s work. Additionally, there is a chance that there will be a poverty reduction, progress towards fairness and equity, and disadvantage will lessen if TVET training is offered to all who require it. TVET plays an important role in developing a new generation of persons who will confront the challenges of attaining sustainable socio-economic development for the country.
