Page 12 All in all, my past four years at Central has had its ups and downs, but it’s been mostly good. I’ve made wonderful friends, great connects, and an everlasting memory i’ll always hold dearly in my heart. I couldn't have asked for a better school. Not only is the faculty very understand, but so is the staff.

Page 13 I am Faith Since preschool I have went to Catholic school. I grew up going to church Sunday with my parents and great grandma, and knew nothing other than that. Church didn’t mean a lot to at all. Everyone would tell me how important it was to me, but I never understood. All I could think about was this was a boring waste of an hour that I could be sleeping, hanging out with friends, playing video games, or doing anything other than reciting prayers, songs about christ, and listening to the priest talk for an hour. I got confirmed when I was in eighth grade. My parents told me this was my choice whether I wanted to be a catholic adult or not, but I didn’t really know what I wanted. I believe now that I’m older, that I wouldn't've gotten confirmed if my whole class wasn’t. When I came to Central Catholic, it was a lot different for me. At Sacred Heart, we went to church every friday, and during lent, we went every morning and then stations of the cross every friday, and on top of that, I went to church every sunday. Because I started highschool things got a lot more busier. This was also around the time where my great grandma got put into

an old folks home, so we didn't necessarily have an “obligation” to go anymore. Because I was only going to church once a month it made me start to pay attention to the gospel and homily more and it actually reflected more on my life. Before I did anything, I would remember the priest’s homely and realize what I was about to do isn’t how Jesus would act. All in all, I started to appreciate church so much more. Mrs. Garrett helped me the most with this spiritual Page 14 transformation. She taught me how important church is and how it really impacts you in your daily life. I noticed myself feeling more uplifted after leaving mass whether than bored and frustrated that I had to go. My spirituality grew so much more after attending CC. Being without God made me appreciate him so much more than I would ever know.

Page 15 I am Family Trip A trip that Is very important to me is me and my family’s vacation to Point Arena, CA. This is the first family vacation that my family has been on since my two little brothers were born. Two years ago, my family decided we need a vacation so they booked an airbnb to this little beach house kind of in the middle of nowhere before my junior year. Since we have never been on a vacation with my brothers, we knew this would be a little interesting. Point Arena is a small little coastal town in Mendocino County, about 3 hours away from Napa. Since it was a small town there was literally nothing to do. The town consisted of
